Google Account, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar Data

TianluAI integrates with Google APIs in the following ways:

Sign-in: When you choose “Continue with Google,” we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from Google to create and secure your TianluAI account. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising.

Google Drive (optional): After you sign in, workspace owners and administrators may connect Google Drive to index documents from folders they explicitly select. TianluAI uses limited, file-scoped access (drive.file) to read content only from the specific files a user selects via Google Picker. We do not modify, upload, or delete your Google Drive files, and we never access files you have not explicitly selected.

Gmail (optional): Individual workspace members may connect their own Gmail account so the assistant can search and read their messages to answer questions, and prepare draft replies. TianluAI can send an email on your behalf only after you explicitly review and approve that specific draft in a confirmation step shown before anything is sent — no email is ever sent automatically.

Google Calendar (optional): Individual workspace members may connect their own Google Calendar so the assistant can look up their schedule, and create, update, or delete events (including inviting attendees) on their behalf. As with Gmail, any calendar change happens only after you explicitly review and approve that specific action in a confirmation step shown beforehand — nothing is created, changed, or deleted automatically.

TianluAI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs — for sign-in, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar alike — adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Drive, Gmail, or Google Calendar at any time from Integrations in the app, or revoke TianluAI’s access entirely through your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Instagram Business and Creator Account Data

Workspace members may optionally connect an Instagram Business or Creator account through Instagram Login. TianluAI requests only the permissions it uses, and only for the account you connect:

• Profile and posts (instagram_business_basic): your username, account type, and your posts with their like and comment counts, so the assistant can answer questions about your account.
• Comments (instagram_business_manage_comments): the comments on your posts, and replies to those comments.
• Publishing (instagram_business_content_publish): new photo posts on your account.
• Messages (instagram_business_manage_messages): your direct-message conversations, and messages sent from your account.
• TianluAI never replies to a comment, publishes a post, or sends a message on its own. Each of those actions is shown to you first, exactly as it would appear, and only happens after you explicitly approve it.
• Comment and message text that the assistant reads is sent to the AI model provider you have selected to write its answer, as described under AI and Third-Party Services, and may appear in your TianluAI chat history. We do not use Instagram data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
• Your Instagram access token is stored encrypted and is renewed automatically while you keep the connection. It is kept until you disconnect the account.
• You can disconnect at any time from Integrations in the app, or remove TianluAI from Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Either way, we delete the stored token; if you remove TianluAI from Instagram, Instagram notifies us and we delete the connection automatically.
• TianluAI’s use of information received from Instagram adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

AI and Third-Party Services

TianluAI may use trusted third-party providers, APIs, cloud infrastructure services, analytics platforms, payment processors, and AI providers to support the operation of the platform.

By using TianluAI, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed through such third-party services in accordance with their respective privacy policies and security practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers only where necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the platform.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights and platform security.

Data Retention

We may retain user data for a reasonable period necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain platform security.

Users may request deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no digital platform or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, users may have the right to:

• Access their personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of personal information
• Withdraw consent where applicable

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of TianluAI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
